Wood Waste Chippers
Our partner SG strojírna s.r.o. is continuing in its sixty-year tradition of the manufacture of machines and lines that increase the value of wood waste and bark from wood processing operations.
Wood waste chippers
High-speed running drum machines for processing wood waste particularly from sawmill and woodworking plants.
They come in a line of wattages from 15 kW to 110 kW.
Chipping machines are robust high-speed machines of high performance, and they are intended for disposal of a wood residue, both soft and hard, produced by woodworking plants and sawmills.
The numerical designations express the admission hole size and these designations limit a maximum size of the input stock to be chipped.
The generated chips can be utilized as another raw material for paper industry, for the manufacture of particle boards and MDF boards, or for burning, production of briquettes or, as the case may be, pellets.
The machines are balanced, their operation is simple. The machine overloading is electronically controlled. Technical data >>
They are utilized for separating sawdust and chips into various grades as required. For example, they significantly improve the quality of chips supplied to the paper industry.
The material can be separated into three grades, while the sieve rotates. The output of the line ranges from 15 to 90 steres/hour. Technical data >>
These separators are designed to separate bulk materials. Technical data >>

They significantly improve the quality of chips utilized in the paper industry and in the production of boards.
The material can be separated into three grades. The separator is suspended on ropes and rotates. The output of the line ranges from 180 to 250 steres/hour.
They are primarily utilized in conveying pieces or loose material into other conveying machines. Produced up to 4 x 6 meters of maximum dimensions.
They serve to convey pieces and loose material, chips, sawdust, etc. Produced in widths from 200 to to 1200 mm and in lengths according to the customer’s requirements.
Produced to convey pieces and loose material, chips, sawdust, etc. They are made in widths from 300 to 1000 mm and in lengths up to 12 m.
Produced to convey small pieces and loose material, chips, and sawdust in both horizontal and vertical directions.
They are made in both lower and upper conveyor versions in widths from 300 to 800 mm and in lengths according to the customer’s requirements.
Produced to convey lumb and loose material in a vertical direction. They are made in widths of 300 and 400 mm and in heights of up to 15 m. Conveying performance is approximately 15 cubic metres/hour.
